Grand Caravan SE 3.6L

We went on a two week vacation (mid summer) and parked van in garage. On return, I opened garage to find the upper panel on rear hatch door was warped! Where the plastic panel meets the sheet metal was originally a smooth transition. It was now so wavy that the plastic stuck out 1/4" beyond the metal in spots. This affected the entire width of the vehicle.

It was covered under warranty and was replaced on 6/30/17.

I know I'm supposed to add a separate complaint, but want to note; it happened again almost exactly one year later (6/8/18). Again, it was replaced under warranty.

At this time (11/22/20) it has not re-occurred.
