I really like this van but when the weather turned cold, I have a draft of cold air blowing on my lap and knees. From around the steering column. Took it to Brickners Park City and they checked it out and found nothing was wrong. So I drove it for another week and took it back. It was colder and was even worse. They said that the air was coming from behind the dash area. They suggested stuffing rags/cloth around and into the column. It did help some, but when you block from one space it comes from another.

I just don't think I should have to do this. Service person was very nice and and said they can only fix what's broke and this isn't broke. I just don't like the fact that I have to stuff something in there to be comfortable. I would hope you may have an idea of a solution.

I am tempted to get rid of the car but I don't really want to do that.

P.S. not a problem in the summer
