The contact owns a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that the driver's side sliding door locking mechanism had malfunctioned and the door was stuck in the locked position. The door was unable to be opened from inside or outside the vehicle. The cause of the failure was not yet determined by the local dealer however the dealer was notified of the failure.
