The contact owns a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that while attempting to park the vehicle, the front passenger-??s side headrest deployed and detached. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated the headrest was not replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 65,000.

Grand Caravan

2019 Dodge Caravan. Consumer writes in regards to head rest flipping down striking wife in head leaving a small hematoma. The consumer stated the stow N go seats were installed in the second row.the consumer's wife sat in the second row passenger side. She pulled a lever attempting to adjust the seat and the entire seat jerked forward with a heavy impact.
