The passenger-??s side rear (back row) seatbelt locking retractor will not retract. The seatbelt is not usable as it remains extended. The vehicle was not in an accident. This puts passengers at risk due to not being able to be properly secured in the seatbelt. The problem has not been looked at by a service center. The product has not been inspected by police or and insurance agent Etc. No warning lamps or messages appeared as a result of the malfunction and I first became aware of this problem about 2 weeks ago.

Drivers seat belt buckle no longer buckles. It's broken and you can't use the seat belt. It locked and the safety feature thinks you are wearing it. Dodge said it's not covered under warranty or extended warranty purchased. $500 to replace seat belt buckle, drivers seat. Not safe to drive. Back heater blower turns on and off by itself.
