Drivers seatback loose found the seat cushion pan split apart.Chrysler is aware of problem they have a service bulletin on it #23-046-00.I do not feel I should have to pay $700 to fix a problem that is a known defect. T

The driver's side seat back support broke while driving placing the driver in a complete horizontal position and causing temporary loss of control of the car until the driver pulled himself upright using the steering wheel.. the car was taken to a Dodge dealership where the driver's side seat rail system was replaced because a supporting metal flange and bolts snapped off. I retained the defective part for further analysis.
