Sudden acceleration whenever vehicle is turned on and remained on. Vehicle been to several independent repair shops, and was unable to resolve the problem. Notified dealer, who, in turn, informed consumer that they may or may not correct the problem, but it will cost approximately $590 for them to try.

Vehicle only gets 9-10 miles per gallon in city and 17-19 on the highway which is below the stated mpg rating for the car, map sensor, oxygen sensor and main computer replaced in attempt to fix the problem.
