Air bag light illuminates, dealer stated illumination was occurring due to an internal controller failure and that the air bag controller needed replaced.

The insured was involved in a rear end collision, in which the airbags failed to deploy and also the seat belt released, there were 4 injuries. (claim#52-2499-839)

Airbag light comes on sometimes. When it comes on windows will not roll down and A/C does not work. Consumer feels someone could easily sufficate. Consumer has to stop at every light to open door to get air. Also, engine check light was coming on.
