Consumer's vehicle stopped at a traffic light another vehicle rear-ended consumer's vehicle. This caused consumer's vehicle to rear end another vehicle. Upon impact, front seat belts did not lock. Consumer's head hit the steering wheel. Consumer had the vehicle towed to the dealership.
