Intrepid ES 2.7L

My 1999 Intrepid has had the oil light on and the engine has been hesitating. I hate this car i barely drove it because it had so many problems after a couple of months from when i bought it i been missing payments because i was trying to pay to get it working i hope there is a way to get sum of my money back because i am not satisfied with the car at all

when i come to a stop my oil light flickers and the rpm's drop to under 500. a few times it has stalled. what is the problem?
