PCM (Powertrain Control Module) needed to be updated due to very poor fuel mileage, fuel mileage improved by 40 more miles per tank of gas after update, still worse than other vehicles I have driven with less fuel efficient Engines.
Input/Output Transmission Speed Sensors failed, caused vehicle to jam in 4th gear in Autostick, then caused vehicle to jerk violently back and fourth in middle of intersection. Mopar replacements also failed and had to be replaced again.
TCM (Transmission Control Module) needed updating due to intermittent rough shifting, bump, stumble and hesitation. After the Transmission was rebuilt, some of these issues came back but were smoothed out by this update.
Headlights would dim noticably when Engine fans would kick in or Power Windows were used. I decided to never complain about this since Chrysler Dealers usually just say "Cannot Duplicate Customer Concern"

Long list of repairs on 1999 Dodge Intrepid
Headlights dim because of sun backing them until milky. wouldn't pass inspection once because of it. Have to regularly use a compound and a electric buffer on them for visibility.
