I bought the car last week, and the next day the engine light came on. The car putts after a few minutes and does that for several miles until it decides to quit and go off again. I took it to have a diagnostic check on it and they told me that it was giving a false reading and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. What do I do??????

One of the coils which are not suppose to go bad did. I found what it was when I toke it to auto zone. They used a code reader to find out what it was. The best part is auto zone does it for free. I was annoyed about it for a while. The check engine light went out and came back on.
