This complaint is regarding the daimlyr Chrysler seatbelt defect on 1993-2002 cars and trucks. The seatbelt (latch 3 type) becomes undone when involved in a crash. There currently is a class action suit pending and Chrysler will not at this point recall the seatbelts for safe belts (latch 4).
