: the contact stated the floor shifter ignition-park interlock failed allowing the shifter to move out of the park position with the key removed. The vehicle rolled in the direction of the incline each time. There is a NHTSA recall, # 04V021000, regarding the floor shifter. The vehicle has the same problems as indicated in the recall; however it is not included in the recall due to the VIN.
