Intrepid SE 2.7L

My husband and I were on our way to our sons wedding, and heard severe knocking, so as a result of the cam sensor going out the engine failed, and am still paying on this car.

Intrepid SE 2.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 65,425 miles

I drove car home and parked it without any problems. I got up to go to work the next day and car would crank all day but would not turn over and run. I lost 2 days of work and 386.00 dollars to fix it. The shop replaced cam position sensor and all was fine at that time.
