We paid for the upgraded stereo system. We have the DVD system and Infinity stereo. Randomly, the front stereo screen will go black and require you to put the car into park to come back or to turn the car off. When it does this, there is no control of any of the stereo's features.
The worst "spaz" it had was on a road trip when it shut itself off, rebooted and lost it's programming. I do know another Journey owner who has already had her entertainment system changed out a couple of times. Mine doesn't error out enough to take to the dealer.....blah!

Intermittent problem with the Navigation/Entertainment system. Dodge cannot duplicate the problem and it has been taken in several times for this, even with video of it failing, because it wasn't happening right then and there, they put in the reports NPF. Bunch of BS when I even brought it in with it not working. I left it running and went inside to get the tech when a service writer turned it off. I was PO'd. Still having issues and still not fixed....even with over 3 dz videos of it not working.....
