Because this car would not start on numerous occasions, I carried it to the dealership where I purchased it, in Greenville, MS for service. I was told that a new starter and solenoid would solve the issue. It did not. After calling Dodge customer service, I received a partial payment refund, but my problem still exists with no idea as to how long the car will continue to be drivable. The car was purchased new will a cash purchase. I am sorry to ever have seen this car, and it has convinced me that I never want a Dodge product again. Customer service, and standing behind the product after the sale is a thing of the past in the U.S.automobile industry. I am now a foreign car convert, thanks to Dodge.

The fix was easy but could not control the car with one set of keys for a week until we made time to go into the shop.
