I was sold a Scotch Guard package from Ziegler Dodge when I bought my vehicle. I have the Yes Essential seats that are suppose to be stain resistant and odor resistant. It has takin me 5 months of dealing with the dealer and the J&R Auto Saloon in Elgin il. I had finally had several cases from Dodge corporate going for several problems with the vehicles brakes, electrical wiring module for the windows, front tie rods, key fob, and the seats. Well I was contacted back from a case worker and had to go to another dealer for the brakes and window module!! I was also told that the Yes Essential seats are not to have any after market protectant put on them!!! I have contacted the dealership and have asked that they replace the seats and replace the money that I had spent on there package that ruined my seats. I was told that they could either replace the seats, or refund the money for the Scotch Guard package. Not both!!! So if I take the money, I am stuck with the problem with the seats. If they replace the seats, then it is like I payed for them to be replaced, since then I will not get my refund back!!!

The dealer ship is Ziegler of Schaumburg, 208 W Golf Rd Schaumburg IL 60193.

Beware!!! They have lost my business!!! If they have done this to me. How many others have they done this to?
