Had car in for a worn win module on Feb 5, 2013, could not reprogram spare key fob until Feb 26, 2013. Nobody could figure out the problem for entire month.

After several other issues, I'm not sure if it was under warranty or if the dealer was trying to make appeasement but they warrantied two FOBs and reprogrammed at no charge.

we have a 2010 dodge journey and have been pretty pleased with it. We were having a problem with 1 of the wireless keys not working and our dealership said to try the other one .....now it has a recall.....and we have received 2 notices for getting the problem fixed. the problem is the dealership can't get the parts fast enough to fix the vehicles.....my husband called the dealership on june 22,2015 and was told they would call us. on august 27,2015 he called again and was told they were only fixing ones that were stranded on road.....pissed me off we are leaving for out of state soon and today the other wireless key would not work so angrily I called our dealership and let my favorite tech know i was not going to buy another chrysler product. hopefully it is getting fixed tomorrow. i would love this complaint to reach chrysler headquarters. Who sends out recalls and almost 6 months later still don't have parts to fix the problem....unacceptable............................
