A majority of the time, all of the locks besides the driver side door will not unlock. This includes the hatch which has no keyhole. Right after getting the vehicle (maybe a week afterwards), I noticed the issue. I was helping a friend move and since I just got an SUV, I was the ringer for loading all the big fragile stuff for transport. Locks didn't work, hatch didn't work. Utterly useless. Took it back to the dealer, apparently I couldn't trade it out for something else because you had to return within 3 days. Asked them to repair the locks (because they had to repair anything wrong with the vehicle for free within the 1st month), the locks miraculously started working again. For 3 years I've been taking it back to the dealership whenever the locks stop working, and for 3 years they magically start working again when I get there. They refuse to work on it if the problem isn't happening when you bring it in. I even made sure that it's explicitly notated in my file that "the locks magically start working again when I bring it in for repairs", and have them read it back to me before they start working on it. Doesn't solve or help the situation, but it does make the trip seem a tad less futile.
