Journey ES 2.0L

In the middle of July when it was 92 dg, my upper and lower a/c vents would not come on. I took the car in 3 times...even getting the technician to come out and witness the vents not working. When they would turn the car back on the vents would RANDOMLY kick in...which was good enough for the dealer who would report the car was repaired.

After the 3rd time, I told them they are renting me a car and they were going to fix it or take it back. It finally got fixed (for now).

I am totally unimpressed with dealer service...and on top of that they want to charge 3 times the going rate for NOTHING. No wonder the rest of the world is taking over the US auto market.
