problem #1

Jun 192014

Journey AWD V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 33,554 miles

I park my car at work, then later try to get in my car with my FOB and it won't open door. had to use key and then alarm sounds off. I try to start my car with FOB because it does not have a key to start it and of course it does not work. I then call CAA to come and tow me to dealership and he can't because he cannot put car into neutral because FOB does not work. Finally I'm told by dealership to put FOB directly onto the start button and it works.

So I take to Chrysler and they keep over night and then tell me nothing is wrong, so I take it back to work and then the car won't start again. GRRRR. When I get it finally started, all the way to dealership it says key is not in car. So they take car for weekend and I get a leased car which is a 2014 and when I get it back to work it has the same problem. Won't detect FOB. Their was another customer over the weekend that had the same problem too. It was a journey too. The dealership does not know how to fix the problem!!!!
