I initially thought the swishing was a jug of windshield washer fluid in the back. When it persisted after I had it removed, I realized it was the door gaskets. I sounded like the door was filled with water. It's annoying as hell and at this point I want to trade the Journey in, if I can get my wife to agree.

Waiting for dealership for support of materials and service. We have received different stories. Pictures have been sent by dealership to Chrysler. WANTING TO KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE HAS EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM WITH A DODGE JOURNEY 2012 MODEL. We noticed this problem was reported on a Dodge RAM. The screws on the door may be actually cutting into the rubber gaskets.
