Item would have been covered under warranty, but the dealership where I take both our Chrysler/dodge/Ram vehicles for service wouldn't give a loaner to my wife. It was either pay for 4 days (their estimate to get repaired) of a rental car or pay a mechanic the $280 to have them fixed the same day. Poor quality parts, and terrible dealership service.
