2012 Dodge Journey had the P0306 engine light code (number 6 cylinder misfire) several times in a couple weeks. Turns out to need a new cylinder head according to the dealership. There is a Technical Service Bulletin on this issue but no recall. It is so common that the dealership has had my car for more than a week so far but no parts are available. Multiple weeks and $2,500 quote is excessive.

Should be a recall.

On my 6th set of rotors and now the head is gone and Chrysler will only fix the problem, THERE SHOULD NOT BE major problems with a NEW VEHICLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
