Journey 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission

in July 2018 I had 4 new tires put on was told after realignment that inner and outer tie rods were bad. I had to borrow money to get this issue fixed. in September I took it to McCubbins to be fixed. They did an excellent job.

I have been told that there are a bunch of Recalls for this 2012 Dodge Journey, This was a safety issue and I am a widow on a fixed income and was a hardship, The Manufacturer is not taking responsible for all these issues that keeps coming back up on this vehicle

I purchased this car June 13th 2018 and JULY 9th 2018 WERE TOLD TIRES BAD AND INNER AND OUTER TIE RODS WERE BAD There was no way that I drove this that long to wear the tires out of damaged the inner and outer tie rids. Chandler Select, and no dang way should this vehicle have been offered for sale till this car was fixed. This car was not checked out properly before I purchased it and I was not told the truth.
