I have taken my car several times to the dealership for the suspension problem. First I was told it was the bushings so they fixed it, a few days later I let the dealership know that the problem was not fixed. After several times of going back and forth they told me that that's they way a brand new Journey sounded. I assured them that that is not the case since I know several people that have new vehicles that didn't sound like that, even my husband's 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 didn't sound like that. I ended up having another mechanic look at my Journey and said the problem was a strut. After my husband went back and forth with the service manager they agreed to put new struts on. Needless to say a year later and still not fixed and I am not sure what my next option is.. I do know that I will never purchase another car from that dealership again!!!
