This was scary as hell. Thankfully, I was parked at the time but if my passenger had not been leaning forward in the seat she would've been injured for sure. Will be taking car to dealer tomorrow. Anxious to see what they say about it and how much it will cost. We will be taking a trip next week and do not feel safe with a headrest that will not do it's job. After reading the other complaints, I believe this certainly should've been a recall.
