problem #2

Dec 222016

Journey Crew V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,200 miles

Over the past 18 months I have had the radio replaced because it malfunctions and deletes the Garmin navigation system, latest problem was 12/22/16. I also have SiriusXM on the Uconnect radio which I have a lifetime account. When I have to have the radio replaced this stops my SiriusXM and they don't want to activate the siriusXM on the new radio. I need to have Dodge/Chrysler fix this problem with SiriusXM, as this was not my fault to have the radio replaced.

Additionally there seems to be a huge problem with your radio, I should not have had to raplace this radio three times in the past 18 months even though it is still under warranty. I use Chapman Dodge at 3175 East Sahara, Las Vegas NV 89104. I will be taking my vehicle in to have the replacement radio installed tomorrow 10 Jan 2017.

Journey Crew 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 621 miles

Radio won't turn off by touch screen or the on/off volume control knob. Also cannot control the volume, however the volume can be control by the up/down switch on the back of the steering wheel. There is another issue with the transmission. I will be going back to the dealer to fix both issues. should still be under my extended warranty plan. See my transmission issue under transmission complaint.
