The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Journey. After the contact entered the vehicle, it would not start. The failure recurred five times. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. The battery was replaced three times. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 12,500.
