The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Journey. The contact stated that while driving at undisclosed speeds, the ABS became disabled. The traction control, ABS, and brake warning lights were illuminated. The lights went off for twenty minutes and then became illuminated again. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the ABS pump had an internal failure. The dealer informed the contact that parts were on backorder. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 125,000.

The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Journey. On several occasions, the service all wheel drive warning indicator illuminated and the brakes independently engaged, causing the vehicle to stop abruptly. The vehicle was taken to hebert's town and country Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (1155 E bert kouns industrial loop, shreveport, la 71105, (318) 221-9000) where it was diagnosed that the ABS was the cause of the failures. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred three times. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 55,000.
