My dodge journey the dash and the touch screen went black on hw .no ac , no control on panel,Bluetooth, since my battery drain about 3 amp every night the problem is Telematics Uconnect Bluetooth Module
There have been so many posts in this forum and other places on the internet with the HFM failures. All of them have the same stuck on "Hands free system loading" screen. If it is happening to so many people here, how many people has this happened to that don't post about it online? It seems like Dodge/Chrysler don't want to acknowledge there is a problem. I'm not taking my out of warranty car to a dealer and paying $1000 to replace a module that is failing for tons of people. There needs to be a recall on it, especially if it is causing battery drain like one poster reported the dealer saying. We deserve working components in our cars. We did after all, buy them.
