Journey Limited 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 7,000 miles

I own a 2015 Dodge Journey Limited. I have been having the same issues with my vehicle since my very 1st oil change. I notified the dealership where I purchased the vehicle of the "Clunking Noises" coming from my front end. The technicians were not able to duplicate the sound. Over the years of owning this vehicle, I have reported this same issue over and over again and not one person could duplicated the sound, it has just gotten worse. I've replaced (2) sets of tires all with alignments and rotations that are required. The tires wear unevenly on the front.

So in March 2018, the dealership replaced my struts and since then it's only gotten worse - and again I'm told to buy new tires for my vehicle which currently are wearing on the outside wall and inside wall note I've only had the tires for 13 months. I'm getting tired of buying new tires and the dealership is ignoring my problem and concerns. Just for me to buy tires every year is beyond me. My vehicle has 50,000 miles on it thus far and already I've gone through now (3) sets of tires come this August.

I'm really fed up that nothing is being done or addressed concerning these issues. Also these concerns were noted several times prior when and they couldn't see anything or duplicate the noise. Now that my bumper to bumper is gone they duplicated the sound repair struts "as they stated" no physical evidence that this was done. And now the problem is causing even more wear on 13 month tires with only 15,000 miles on them. Totally bogus. I will never buy a Dodge Again.
