When phone is connected to Uconnect and someone calls you have to hit Transfer to phone then transfer back to Uconnect. You can't do this if you're supposed to be handsfree.

Our 2017 Journey has a problem with Uconnect. When someone calls, I press answer and the Uconnect connects the call and that is it. You then have to hit transfer and transfer the call to your mobile phone and hit transfer again to get the call back to the hands free! In the meantime, you have taken your eyes off the road trying to answer the danged phone! So much for hands free! Took it to two separate dealers and was told there is nothing wrong with it from both! Grrrrr

Hands free driving at its best! Everytime someone calls, the UConnect picks up the call and does nothing with it. You have to hit the transfer button to your cell and then hit the transfer button back to get to the caller. By this time you and the caller have already said "hello" about 10 times each and are highly aggravated. Not to mention the distraction that has been created while driving. Took the car to the dealership. They said there was no issue.
