The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Magnum. While driving 5 mph he heard a thumping sound in the front end of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and a technician concluded that the front ball joints had failed; however, since the parts were on back order no repairs were made. The manufacturer stated that they would cover the expense of the repair. The failure mileage was 31,000 and the current mileage was 32,000. Updated 10/27/09 updated 10/29/09.
