The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Magnum. The contact stated that the front passenger's side shoulder seat belt adjuster failed to allow the webbing to extend properly. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer but the failure could not be diagnosed. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 30,000.
