While driving 45 mph she hit another vehicle broadside and both front seatbelts did not restrain the occupants. Driver hit head on rearview mirror, and the passenger hit head on windshield. Passenger was suffering from numbness and tingling of lower body. Damage to vehicle unknown at this time.

On July 20th, 2001 my husband went to buckle my sons carseat in and the seatbelt pulled out of the seat, all three seatbelts pulled out of the seat very easily, we contacted Dodge and they refused to fix it and said it was an insurance problem- I have argued that the seatbelts were never bolted to the frame but my requests have all been refused.
