My car was totaled after being involved in an automotive accident on October 29, 2000. As I exited sr - 869 at atlantic blvd I applied my brakes and they failed. This failure caused my veh to crash into another veh and that veh hit the veh in front of it. The driver of veh 2 sustained injuries and was taken to a hospital. I did not understand why my brakes failed on that night until I received a recall notice on this vehicle and subsequent models also. I have sustained alot of monetary loss due to this brake failure and my driving record is ruined..I am filing this complaint prior to seeing an attorney.
