Consumer took vehicle in for safety recall O1V154000 to replace brake booster hose, however dealer stated that parts were out of stock, consumer still waiting to hear from dealer regarding recall repair.

Took vehicle to dealership, and service manager refused to do recall repairs on brakes vacuum booster hose. Was driving vehicle down mountain, and had no brakes to slow down. Vehicle went off mountain. Driver jumped out and suffered serious injuries. Vehicle totaled. Manufacturer indicated not responsible for non repairs.
