Neon ES

  • Automatic transmission
  • 16,000 miles

Neither the speed control or the horn works. In addition the brakes have squealed after the first 6 months, and the air bag light comes on 15 seconds after starting. This is my wife's car and it has only 16,000 original miles. Any help out there to diagnose the electrical problems?
