The first time this happen i took it to one of the dealership garages they check it out and supposely fixed the problem it was not fixed. they've moved out of the city of stamford and the problem still exist. what is going to be done regarding the situation. i can post problem after problem like so many others. but where or what is the solution. complaining is not getting any results because the problems still exist with this car. most of the complaint regarding this car i can identify with because i am experiencing them even now. if you can solve or give me a concrete solution to this then why am i registering them on this site. this car cost me alot of money and i am not getting my monies worth. all i can say is this is a rip off and there should me a law against this company that sales cars with these kind of defects.so again i ask you can you help me or the people who have or has complain about the dodge neon 2001 sedans......thank you for the space

bought car in 2002, had to jiggle the steering wheel to get horn to

work if it rained horn did not function, jiggled steering wheel up and

down find a position and it would work but stopped whenever it felt

like, last 3 months it stopped completely, had fuse and relay switched

checked, dodge garage says it will cost $160 to put in a $20 part, think

this is a defect in the car design or part,
