Back brakes fall off the pads and causes tire to lock up, causing a 360 turn and possible accident! this happened the first time after having the car one year, about 70,000 miles on the car. Second time was the other side of the back brakes. Had to replace the brakes and springs on each side.

Prior to the incident vehicle was serviced 4 times by the dealership because the brakes were squeaking. Dealership indicated that the brakes were fine, they just had to wear in. Also, when consumer put vehicle in reverse and depressed the gas pedal vehicle accelerated forward. Consumer then put vehicle back in park, then in reverse again to correct the problem.
