The worst vehicle Dodge has ever made. Been in shop longer than driven. I need help with recalls I cant afford to pay these dealer scam fixes that don't work.

driving and lights just stop working. When I turn the switch they come on then go off, now one can tell me why or how to fix it. sometimes it happens some time it doesn't, really not cool.

The problem started a little over a year ago. At first thought the problem was bad head light. That was replaced. Then it happened a few more times, always seemed to happen when the temperature was cold.
Then around December 2013 my battery kept dying, had to have my vehicle jumped about 5-6 times from Dec 2013 to Feb 2014. Had the battery tested and it was still good. The lights started being an issue again, now flickering and would just be able to go back on if you switched it over to high beams. Well as the weather started warming up and didn't see the issue again. The garage thought I was going crazy because they didn't see any issues with the lights.
The lights happened a few more times in the summer of 2014 when it would rain. Again, I couldn't prove it because they would be back on when the garage would get it. Well September of this year it started happening more frequently. November 2014 my battery completely died, had to get a new battery and for about a week there was no problem with the lights.
Then the temperatures and/snow/sleet/rain season is here and it's getting worse. A mechanic I know said it could be the TIPM, after looking he has said he is 99% sure it's the problem. I have an appointment with the dealership but I don't know if I'll be able to get fixed. The TIPM could range from $800-1200 to fix, even though they specifically told me there has been an extreme amount of problems with the TIPM. How is this my fault? I have paid out of pocket left and right for possible fixes and it comes down to the TIPM which the manufacturing is fully aware of all the problems. My vehicle lights just go out whenever. I leave for work at 4:45 a.m. (dark out) and return home around 5:30-6 (it's dark out) My lights go out whenever they want and I'm responsible. This is completely ridiculous.
This is a danger to all and Chrysler is only recalling 2010, 2011 vehicles?
