Nitro Heat 4X4 3.7L V6

Dealership says problem cannot be fixed, even if I put a different radio/clock in. Says something wrong with a "piece" within the car. No update currently, no fix. Was told by Maria at the main Dodge that I needed to "seek alternative methods of keeping time" and "I shouldn't rely on my clock". Ya pay 25k for a vehicle, and it is defective from the get-go.
