I have try several to bring 2017 Promaster tocrew the dealership since the recall issue. When I finally got through on October 14 2021 Now I no heat after their replace 2 cooling fans so I call ISLAND AUTO GROUP for appointment for 12/16/21 I been calling my technical guy name Devon at least twenty times or more to get an update on vehicle that was Thursday even messages still no response so personally went there on Friday 2pm Anthony it was phone problem told him that's phone numbers the last invoice I received back in Oct 2021.So he gave a different number 17186679191its Friday 12/17/21 he could electrical big job it not be covered under warranty sometime next week.So I left. He also said he will call me whether it would be covered under the warranty never received call back so on Monday I text my technical support guy Devon with rough message that one minute later I call . He told me door actuator need replaced because it burn out and electrical problem. He said l call right back never did today is Monday 12/27/21. On Tuesday I will going there to check update of my 2017 Promaster also I call him once on Monday about 2 PM no call as of 6Pm.
