Ram 1500

  • 139,000 miles
The drive train fell off the rear differential while traveling 45 mph. Was able to negotiate a full stop but the drive shaft fell onto the street. Fortunately no other vehicles were involved. I contacted Chrysler and they informed me that there are two recalls that should be looked at P77 and P81 and wanted the car toed to a Chrysler dealer. Chrysler created a case # 26914713 and nancy (badge NG787) took my report. I paid to have the vehicle towed but I have not received any correspondence from Chrysler on this case number or any remedy they paln. Please advise, as I understand this is a known issue.
