Ram 1500 4WD 8-cyl

  • miles
I was going to work traveling South on a magor road going 35 mph when another vehicle cut directly in front of my path making a left hand turn onto a cross street. There was no time to brake and my vehicle slammed into him. The other driver was cited by the police with a "failure to yield" citation. My seat belt did not lock and the airbags did not deploy. Upon impact my body was thrown forward and up resulting in whiplash and other injuries to my neck, shoulders and back. I hit my head on the front visor area and my chest area on the steering wheel.

I am curious to the concern that I should have about my 2006 Dodge. I have had 3 recalls on my vehicle since its purchase. One for airbag issues, one for a seat belts, and the most recent one for ball bearing issues that could allow the front wheels to become loose and fall off of the vehicle. All of these are life changing events if they happen. How many recalls can one vehicle have?
