When the cruise control was engaged the speed exceeded the speed set by the consumer. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who determined that the engine control module needed to be replaced. There was also a recall on the fuel transfer pump. The pump was replaced, but now a new pump is needed.

When driving at 40-45 and without prior warning vehicle cut completely off, causing loss of all power steering and power brakes. Consumer contacted the dealer, dealer instructed consumer to get up underneath vehicle and bang on fuel tank right at the location of T fuel pump. Consumer noted after banging on the fuel tank that vehicle restarted. Consumer drove six miles and vehicle cut completely off without prior warning. Mechanic again banged on fuel tank and vehicle restarted. Fuel pump internall shorted, dealer replaced fuel pump and vehicle has not stalled anymore.

Fuel pump had to be replaced due to engine dying out. Engine check light came on & then died out. Had fuse replaced due to blowing out constantly. Engine & catalytic converter affected.
