Power brakes and power steering failed and dumped fluid onto ground. Dealer was unable to duplicate the defect. Consumer has filed # 7045909 with Chrysler. Manufacturer said that it was probably the vacuum system that this vehicle does not use on the 4 wheel anti-lock brakes..et.
