The front passenger seat belt released without depressing the release button. The dealer could not resolve the problem. The dealer and manufacturer refused to repair the seat belt because the failure could not be duplicated while at the dealer. The consumer is concerned that the seat belt may not restrain an occupant in the event of a accident.

I was traveling around 30mph. Came up on stop sign road turned to ice coud not stop hit enbankment head on shoulder strap did not catch face hit windshield cracked nose in two places.if air bags would have deployed injuries would not have been so bad !!!
